Coreference in Non-constituent coordination

Dear all,

I have yet another question concerning NCC.

Subjects in VP coordination and, apparently in NCC as well, must be
interpreted as coreferent. I wonder what the situation is with shared
indefinite objects in NCC?

I lent a friend ten pounds on Sat and 5 pounds on Sun.

I sent a letter to Mary on Fri and to Peter on Sat.

A parcel was received by Mary on Thu and by Peter on Mon.

A letter was sent from Gozo last week and from Tunisia yesterday.

Any intuitions, also for analogous sentences in other SVO languages are
highly appreciated. If this is a known issue, I would be happy if
someone could give me a pointer to the relevant literature.

Thanks a lot,

Berthold
