Colleagues in China

I may be in China in May, 1999 as part of an international delegation, and I would very much like to meet colleagues in the child language research area (especially if their work is related to narratives). I will be visiting the University of Beijing as well as Shaanxi Normal University in Xi'an. Can anybody give me relevant information or names?
