[Lexicog] Wiktionary for new language

Hello Abduashid,

There is already a Wiktionary url for Uzbek:

http://uz.wiktionary.org/wiki/Main_Page

But there is no content. You can begin the Uzbek Wiktionary content. You can 
use the Uzbek orthography, following the same pattern as done for other 
languages, for instance, Ukrainian:

http://uk.wiktionary.org/wiki/Main_Page

You will need to create a Wiktionary user account (username) if you do not 
have one already.
