[Lexicog] happy-go-lucky

hi there -

I decided to look at various Tibetan translations of "happy-go-lucky"
and discovered but one, namely snang ba skyid po - which is
interesting because it describes a person whose appearance (snang ba)
is happy (skyid po). This of course could be a retrospective
translation by the English lexicographers, or else it could
(conceivably) be a neologism: there's no historical etymological
record. Nonetheless, it gives another perspective.

Re, like, the idea of "go" meaning "say", could anyone out there
confirm that one can use aller in French for to say - ie <et il va,
"je vais chez moi">. It's not possible I think in German (er geht,
"ich gehe nach Hause"?).
