[Linganth] AAA conference registration refund?

Thanks for the information, although it seems to me that if you have no control
over the cancellation of the panel in which you planned to participate, or the
movement of the conference to a completely different time period, that you are
not actually "cancelling your participation." Rather the conference organizers
have failed to fulfill the agreement under which you registered for the
conference in the first place.
