If you have a background in languages or computational linguistics and

For our editorial team, we are looking for someone to plan and manage
publishing projects destined for our domestic and international
markets.

Applicants must have:


-At least 3 years' publishing experience
-At least one foreign language at degree level
-The proven ability to plan, manage and deliver projects to tight deadlines
-Excellent communication skills

The following would be useful, but not essential:

-Familiarity with desktop publishing packages
-People-management experience
-An interest or experience in EFL/ELT

For our rights and co-editions team, we are looking for someone with a
similar profile to the above, but who will plan and manage publishing
projects destined for our international markets and will research and
gather market knowledge on which this publishing is based. For this
position, the following would also be useful, but not essential:

-A level of competence in an East Asian language
-Some experience in sales and/or marketing

For our digital team, we are looking for a Computational Linguist to
work as a lexical data analyst. You will be responsible for the
manipulation of data for both internal use and for licensing, and will
liaise with customers on matters relating to the commercial
exploitation of Collins dictionary databases.

Applicants must have:

-Degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in Computational
Linguistics or similar discipline
-Experience of working with digital language resources

The following would be useful, but not essential:

-Knowledge of database query languages
