Description:

The Department of English of the University of Alabama invites
applications for an instructor position in (applied) linguistics for
the 2004-2005 academic year.  Duties will include teaching courses at
the undergraduate level, and might include teaching at the graduate
level and supervision of freshman composition courses for non-native
speakers of English.  The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. (or ABD)
in (applied) linguistics.  Send letter of application, c.v., and names
