The Department of Cognitive Studies at the Paris Ecole Normale
Supérieure(ENS) with the help of the ENS Foundation organizes its fourth
international Fall School in Linguistics (on the ''summer school'' model). 

EALing  2006 - Fall School in Linguistics 

The Department of Cognitive Studies at the Paris Ecole Normale Supérieure
(ENS) with the help of the ENS Foundation  organizes its fourth
international Fall School in  Linguistics (on the summer school model). 

The goal of this interdisciplinary Fall school is to provide exposure to
linguistic theory and grammar based approaches to cognitive studies. From
year to year, the content varies but typically includes: 
- General non technical introductions to contemporary linguistic research 
- Intensive introductory courses to some core areas of linguistic theory or
relevant domains 
- Seminars and talks on current research 
- Exchanges between research in grammar and some related domains 
         Psycholinguistics of Acquisition, Neurolinguistics, Experimental
Pragmatics etc... 

This Fall school will be held at the Ecole Normale Superieure (45 rue
d'Ulm, 75005 Paris: see http://www.ens.fr, from Monday, September the 18th
to Tuesday September the 26th included.
