On behalf of the Endangered Language Fund, we are delighted to announce that ELF will be sponsoring a scholarship for CoLang 2014: the Institute on Collaborative Language Research. Please direct applications to the ELF email below; for more general questions about CoLang 2014, please email us at uta2014institute at gmail.com.

There is a scholarship for CoLang 2014's two-week class session (June 16-27, 2014) available through the Endangered Language Fund's Native Voices Endowment. It is available for tribal members of those tribes that are eligible for the Native Voices Endowment. The list of eligible tribes for this funding can be found here:
http://www.endangeredlanguagefund.org/eligible_tribes.php

To apply, please send an email to elf at endangeredlanguagefund.org stating your tribe and proof of enrollment; which classes you might take; and what your expectations are for how the experience at CoLang might affect your work with your language.

For more information on CoLang, including the class/workshop list, please visit
http://tinyurl.com/colang2014

Applications to ELF (just the brief email mentioned above) are due April 1, 2014. Awards will be announced by April 8, 2014. Registration at CoLang 2014 must be completed by April 15, 2014.
