Description:

Nuance Communications Inc. is seeking part-time to full-time contractor staff
for various annotation projects.

Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (flexible hours)

Type of Remuneration: According to hours worked; Hourly rate US $15-20,
depending on qualifications and experience.

Hours and Location: Annotators work remotely (from their homes) on their own
computers. The tool used for annotation is a Web-based tool and requires good
internet connection. We ask annotators to commit to working between 15-40
hours per week, at times of their choosing (the annotation tool is available
24 hours per day). Flexibility in terms of weekly hours is allowed if advance
warning can be given.

Requirements:

Languages: 
Traditional Mandarin (Taiwanese), Hong Kong Cantonese, Korean, Japanese,
Swedish, Dutch, Polish, Turkish
 
Good English conversational skills preferable too.

Preferred:

Degree in linguistics, or formal study of one or more languages.
