Description:

The client, a fast growing technology business, based in the centre of
Manchester, are seeking a Speech to Text Transcription Manager, where there
will be a strong opportunity to grow and develop a career.

The role will be to build and oversee a small team of Speech to Text
Transcribers (Audio Typing/Audio Transcription.

You will ideally have come from a transcribing background but this role will
be more to oversee the quality and quantity of work within your team, as they
work to transcribing timescales and guidelines.

Ideally you will have:
 - Extensive audio typing/audio transcription experience
 - Knowledge of transcription software
 - Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
 - Analytical skills

Ideally you will be:
 - Experienced Transcriber and able to oversee these skills in your team
 - Experience working within confidential and sensitive information
 - People oriented and results driven.

This role offers you great opportunity for overall day to day accountability
for ensuring the delivery of transcription projects within agreed time frames
and budget.
