Subject: Etymology

[The following is in Low Saxon (Low German) and English.]

Reiner, ick will man bloots för de Annern verklaren, dat ,,düörpmsch Platt''
,,de westfaalsch-neddersassische (nedderdüütsche) Mundaard vun Düörpm
(Dortmund)'' bedüüdt.

***

Reiner, I just want to make sure that everyone else understands that
_düörpmsch Platt_ denotes the Westphalian Low Saxon (Low German) dialect of
Dortmund.

Gröten/Regards,

Reinhard/Ron
