Anderzijds had hel in de voor-keltische tijd te maken met hel licht of
verlichte geest. Het woord hel is voor de eerste keer gebruikt door
Wulfila
(4e eeuw) als naam voor het oord der verdoemnis. Helder, Hellenen,
Hellas,
Hellinia, en Helgoland dat ooit een uitstralingsoord was van de vroegste
beschaving (waarom heeft men dit eiland gedynamiteerd tot 1954 of 9 jaar
langer dan de oorlog geduurd heeft???) en meermalen in verband gebracht
met
de Golan of Hoogland. Het oorspronkelijke hel staat ook heel dicht bij
heil, heiligenen (w.w.), helen en verhelderen, ook met hel geel of
gheluwe, nu niet bepaald het kleur van het rijk der doden. Sommige namen
uit de
voorkeltische-kristelijke tijd hebben blijkbaar een tegenovergestelde
betekenis gekregen zoals het ook vergaan is met het woord heiden. Voer
voor
geschiedkundigen!
