Help needed,

A student, studying WWII handwritten documents came across names, he
hopes
are Dutch names. I myself cannot place them.
His question:
I simply want to know if Henne and Heiltje
are female Dutch names, and, if not, would a slight
change in spelling make them female Dutch names.  I
also would like to know if Arpath or something like
Arpath is a German boy's name.

It is possible that the reading of the handwriting needs to be adjusted;
i.e., maybe there are names close to the ones spelled above.
Does someone have a clue?
