Subject: Help wanted

Would the person who contributed the "Loccumer Richtlinien" version of De
Tuunkrüüper be willing to e-mail me directly so I can ask more detailed
questions?

Thank you.

Eldo,

The person who contributed that version is not on this list, nor does he
have email connection. It is Dr. Heinrich Kröger. He did not contribute it
to my page but to Peter Marten's article (as I had provided):

Peter Martens, "Probleme der Rechtschreibung von niederdeutschen
Vokalen und Diphthongen," pp. 101–189 in Heinrich Kahl, ed.,
   75 Jahre Fehrs-Gilde (1916–1991): Jubiläumsschrift der Fehrs-Gilde,
   Hamburg (Germany): 1991.

However, you can reach Pastor Kröger (a wonderful, loving person whom I am
also privileged to know personally, and who is also the chairman of the
Freudenthal-Gesellschaft) here (also as previously provided):

   Plattform "Plattdüütsch in de Kark"
   Pastor Heinrich Kröger
   Lönsweg 28
   D-29614 Salta/Soltau
   Germany

However, I myself am quite well acquainted with the Loccumer Richtlinien
system. So you might like to try me first if it is a question about the
system (rather than the history, about which Hein Kröger is the authority).

If you are interested in seeing more samples using this system, you need to
get various religious texts and articles written in Christian (predominantly
Protestant) circles. If you have difficulties with that, I, and probably
also Reuben Epp and others, might be able to help. Also, if needed I might
be able to scan the relevant passage in the said article. That would be
later this week at the earliest.

Yours,
Reinhard/Ron
