Sure Mark, you are quite right. Ron has already confirmed your correction in
his thorough manner.
My quote "Attar..." was just "slordig" (sloppy) or a typo.
Of course Ulfilas' PATER HEMON is without an "R" at the end of the first
word.
[ as my first name is without an "E" at the end ;)  ]
