Hi, Ron!

I wouldn't say I have an eastern, western, northern or southern culinary
background. My motto is if it tastes good, go with it. I eagerly seek out
new food opportunities whenever I am abroad or in any major metropolitan
area - I was irritated that I missed out on a meal at a Congolese restaurant
in Brussels that I only learnt the existence of on the plane home. But
against this I have fond memories of seeking out Surinamese food in Utrecht,
which was every bit as good as I had hoped. I would also highly recommend
Jamaican / general Caribbean cuisine to those on the list who may have been
sheepish about sampling it. You may just find your ultimate meal. The point
is to keeping on trying new tastes.

Go raibh maith agat,

Criostóir.
