First of all many thanks to Ron and Troy for the clarifying replies!!

Troy:

before "Pelasgian," assumedly because the name had come to be used for an

Oops, it was me who added the "so-called" before Pelasgian, but indeed
expressing disagreement:
- "pael. = paelignisch" [=? so-called Pelasgian].

I knew the term Pelasgian only in the sense Troy uses it too, but if i'm not
wrong, there are a lot of problems with it.

Anyway, most has been clarified, still struggling a bit with Francks "beir."
("bair." in Fick's dictionary) vs.  Francks "beierl."
