Apparently the first UN sponsored Software Freedom Day took place the
28th last month.

I wonder what this will do in South Africa. It is probably very good
for the languages there.

Cheers, Kenneth

Good Evening, Lowlanders!

I thought I should let you know that a little more dilligent searching on
internet sites has produced the following title, which I think may be the
book I was looking for.

"Linguistic Minorities in Western Europe", by Meic Stephens. Published by
the Gomer Press, Wales. (1978, but there are earlier editions.) It has a 35
page introduction, followed by 796 pages of text.

If anyone happens to know where I can obtain a second hand copy of this, at
a reasonable price (I have seen two prices, but they are very inflated),
then please let me know (offlist would be best). Thank you.
