Hi all,

Jonny, our dried fruit dish is eaten as a separate dish to accompany meat
rather than cooked together with the meat.

Heather, I have a very old plum tree in the garden (small, sweet, black 
plums)
and have been using these since 1977 to top my Linzertorten with. 
Traditional
recipes call for 'Ribiselmarmelade' but I've found adding some juice and the 
zest
of lemon to my plum jams makes the tarts superb!

Ron, my ex mother-in-law still waxes lyrical about the Zwetchgenkuchen of 
her home
country.
