Thanks Roger and Luc for the explanations.
Jaqueline, "(j)uksel" or in Antwerp "Joeksel" does have nothing to do with
"oksel" (armpit). the Oe or u is a shortened variant of oeë/uë which usually
are the representants of Germanic *au. The whole verb would be
uëke/juëke/joeëke, which imho cant be traced back to "oksel". Already the j-
in jeuken or its dialectical forms is an indication of that.
