omichicahuaztli and the miccacuicatl

A pupil of mine has to do a research on the Miccacuicatl and the 
omichicahuaztli which was used to accompany the song. She is asking me 
where can she find detailed descriptions of both, but I really do not 
know what to tell her since this is not my specific field of expertise.
  Could anyone please advise?
