A colleague at the Barnaul State Pedagodical University asked me to pass
this along to interested parties.  I taught English at this university in
1993 and really enjoyed the area.

>The following topics will be discussed at the Symposium:

>multicultural society.
>        4.   Administration issues in educational development.

>   Participants are invited to submit abstracts of papers for the Symposium.
>The text of the abstract is limited to 3 pages A4 size not exceeding 30
>lines per page.  Actual presentations should not exceed 20 minutes.
>Accepted abstracts will be published in the Symposium Proceedings by the
>opening of the Symposium.  Abstracts will be accepted until July 1st, 1996.
>   For international delegates the cost of accommodation and meals at
>Barnaul State Pedagogical University will be paid for, but the participants
>must find the cost of travel themselves.
