Looking for John Selvia (author of a Russian tutorial shareware program)

I'm looking for John Selvia's address.  He created a Russian tutorial shareware
software program several years ago which I'd like to receive the updated
version of.  The address on the README file is defunct.  Can any Seelanger help
me find Selvia? Thanks.
