dear seelangers--

i'm considering purchasing an aiwa mx1 video recorder which plays videos
in any format (pal, secam, ntsc). here's my question: will it work
properly with my cable tv hookup? the vendor has a very enlightened "all
sales final, no returns" policy, so i want to be sure before i ante up.
