The following position is open for Fall, 2000:

Visiting Instructor/Assistant Professor of Russian. Full-time leave
replacement for Fall semester 2000 to teach three courses in Russian
language at all levels.  Ph.D. or near completion in Russian language or
related area required. Native or near-native fluency in Russian and
effective communication skills in English are necessary. Candidate must
have a commitment to contributing to a small program at a strong liberal
