I think that the formulation in Pt. 4, 2nd Book, ch. 4 (Gimn i sekret) is 
another possibility, because it does refer directly to God:

"Áåç áîãà-òî è áåç áóäóùåé æèçíè? Âåäü ýòî ñòàëî áûòü òåïåðü âñ¸ ïîçâîëåíî, 
âñ¸ ìîæíî äåëàòü?"

(“Bez boga-to i bez budushchei zhizni? Ved' eto stalo byt' teper' vse 
pozvoleno, vse mozhno delat'?”)
