Thanks to all who responded to my querry. I was forwarded documents from a
Washington D.C. briefing that very nicely answered my question. Currently,
this info is on our site:
www.sras.org (see the news section for NSLI info)
I've assumed that the government docs were public domain - so go see the
info fast, before I might have to take it down again.
