Contemporary Russian architecture/housing structure

Dear SEELANGers,

Could anybody suggest a good secondary source in English concerning post-Perestroika architecture and/or the structure of typical contemporary Russian apartments and/or private houses? (I am asking about English sources because this is intended as reading for undergraduates who have not mastered Russian yet). A website with general information on this subject and interesting images would also be of interest. Thank you very much for your help.
