Nepravy isk/nepravoe delo

Dear List members,

Could you provide me with a definition of "неправый иск" 
(nepravy isk) or "неправое дело" (nepravoe delo)?

(No relation with Lukashenko's repression).

Does it mean "deamed to be lost" or something like "malevolent"?
