Russian folkloric references to reanimated corpses

Vurdolak is encountered in Afanas'ev' tales, in Pushkin. Also see Alexei
Kostantinovich Tolstoy story Sem'ia Vurkodlaka/Vurdolaka. Revenants are also
called in Russian Upyr' ili Nav'.
