Where to read Russian newspapers?

Dear Seelangers,

Am I right in assuming that the "Gazetnyi otdel" of the Russian State
Library in Moscow (Leninka) has the largest and the most accessible
collection of Russian newspapers, in other words that it still is THE
place to be if you're interested, like I am, in (provincial) newspapers
published between 2004 and 2008?
