In St. Petersburg 3 good firms with lots of work for native English speakers are: Language Studio, Masterclass, and American Language Masters. They are all well organized and could help you get your visa. They pay decently well but the plane ticket would most likely be your expense. A search on the web will probably bring up their contact info.
