Dear Colleagues,

I am very sorry to have to report the passing of Daniel Gerould, Lucille
Lortel Distinguished Professor of Theatre and Comparative Literature at the
CUNY Graduate Center, great Witkacologist, translator, and advocate for
modern Polish theater in the US.
