Russian visa problem

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. As I learned (with no help from the Russian embassy), what I need to show them is a copy of my exit visa (or "Visa to Israel"), which serves as proof that my parents renounced their Soviet citizenship. Visa found. Application will be re-filed on Monday. "V Moskvu, etc."!
