Hmmm....

The story of the professional Tajik would be funny if it weren't so sad.

I have a colleague who will blame all this on the Western imperialists, 
er, capitalists, who are preventing Tsar Vladimir from restoring the 
former Soviet glory. But that's an argument for another time and place.
