not about ROUGHSHOD, but about david barnhart's earlier query
about BLT WRAP/SUB/MELT...

i spent about an hour writing a long and complex response,
which then got destroyed when my connection was cut off
(and when i got back, the saves file was hopelessly corrupted).
the very short story is that BLT X is a transparent combination
of a description of ingredients with a reference to a non-standard
envelope for those ingredients ("a BLT" referring, otherwise, to
a BLT sandwich).

i also threw in a reference to the "ELT" offered by a local
sushi restaurant - a sushi roll involving eel, lettuce, and
tomato (and very yummy indeed).
