Anti-swearing law

Nope, I would not have laughed and considered it a nonevent. But I would not
have seen it as a LEGAL infraction, and if anybody had tried to arrest him,
I'd have been  pissed off. This is a free country, with freedom of speech
supposedly guaranteed, even for assholes.
