The song "Yellow Bird" was played at last month's service for Fred
Cassidy. There is a "Yellow Bird" drink, which wasn't served.
The drink is not recorded by the OED. It's not in John Ayto's A
GOURMET'S GUIDE: FOOD & DRINK FROM A TO Z, and it's not in John Mariani's
ENCYCLOPEDIA OF AMERICAN FOOD & DRINK.
A Google check for "Yellow Bird" and an ingredient ("orange juice")

Q. During a recent stay at the Grand Bahama Country Club and Hotel in Grand
Bahama, I had a delicious drink called a "Yellow Bird." Could you possibly
obtain the recipe for me?

A. Here's to the tropics!
_Yellow Bird_
Combine 1/4 cup orange juice, 2 tablesppons each of lemon juice and
light rum, and 1 tablespoon each of simple syrup, apricot brandy, and banana
liqueur. Shake the mixture well and serve it in a tall glass with ice cubes.
Garnish the drink with an orange slice and a cherry. Makes 1 drink.
