Griefcase

   Greetings from Pittsburgh, where I will check out the Barry Buchanan papers when archives opens at 1 p.m.
   This week's VILLAGE VOICE featured a cover story about the ridiculous amount of paperwork that's processed in foster child cases in New York City.  The caseworker described his briefcase of lengthy, dreary government forms as a "griefcase."
