An article in today's Wall Street Journal, front-page, 'center' column,
is titled:  Pardon My French, But It's English Only On the Flight Deck.
The article discusses concerns with an Air France directive that its
pilots "use only English when talking to air-traffic controllers" at its
Charles de Gaulle hub, outside of Paris, in Roissy, France.  Air France
issued the directive in the interest of safety.
