New York City and State

[David Bergdahl]

It was the Brooklyn Bridge which doomed the borough... after
transportation was readily available the twin cities on the bay had to
unite.  I wonder whether Queens Co. was seen as part of "NY" or
"Brooklyn" or was it --like Richmond & Bronx Counties-- exurbia?
