Pepperpot (1791)

I was looking for examples of this and found DA has pepperpot from 1790
(DA) and 1698 (OED), for _Jamaica pepperpot_.   I don't have the newest
DARE yet.  Are these different?  Philadelphia pepperpot usually has
tripe in it, I think.
