book by Rebecca Mercuri on sandwiches

    Several weeks ago I received notice about a book on sandwiches published by Rebecca Mercuri, but the notice gave only the most general idea of what the book was about.

    So, would Ms. Mercuri perhaps tell us all a bit more about her book. Does it say anything about the origin of the names of the sandwiches or provide any other information that would be of interest to ads-l members?
     As Ross Perot might put it, we're all ears.
