In Houston street, opposite the Revere House, a saloon was formerly kept
by Harry Lazarus, the well-known pugilist, and was the place where he
was killed some ten years ago. The place was called the X-10-U-8, was a
resort for Lazarus' numerous friends and acquaintances. New York
