Oops.  Just reread this and realize I need to take back my comment
about remembering it.  It is, for those remembering their 60s-style
syntax, not "Internal S over NP" but "Internal NP over S", i.e.
internal clausal noun phrases, that run up against the constraint
discussed by Ross (and Kuno) in the late 60s.
