Means "inebriating beverage; inebriant":
2003 Emmett Early _The War Veteran in Film_ (Jefferson, NC: McFarland) 176:
She turns a desperate moral corner, dealing inebriates and erotic services.
"Deal" appears to mean "deal in," and it sounds pretty weird to me in this
context ("deals...erotic services"), even if obviously influenced by "deal
drugs," which itself was once, shall we say, "nonstandard."
