WB:  Well, affricated, retroflexed, w/ severe lip-rounding at any rate. I
think of palatalization as involving yodization. Not to be confused with
Yoda-ization, which is a syntactic phenomenon, not a phonemenon. But, then,
what do I know, I was only in IES at UCLA, long, long ago, in a far-off GSM
cubbyhole.
