[Ads-l] the eradication of hw

You and i* and our fellow ADSers know that /ʍ/ exists in English even if
not in our dialect. A layperson who's never heard it, or never noticed it,
might well be unaware of its existence, and consider the initial <h> in
<Huawei> as comparable to that in <honest>.

*Fun² that lowercase I I am sick and tired of this phone's misreading of my
Swypes.
