I was asked off-list about searching just the SF pulps within the Internet Archive. This is how I try to do it. I'd be interested in knowing if anyone has a better way.

1. Search metadata for Astounding Science Fiction. The results will show items from several Collections, which are listed on the left hand side of the page.

2. Click the words "The Pulp Magazine Archive" in the Collections group. Do not click the box next to those words.

3. The results of clicking "The Pulp Magazine Archive" should show a search box at the top left of the returned items saying "Search this Collection". Click the "Text contents" radio button, and put your search term into the box. This will limit returns to the Pulp Collection.

The problem is that not all SF is in this Collection. But once you can navigate searches within a particular collection, you can select other Collections and search them as well. And you may find it easier to change Collections by editing the URL rather than navigating through the IA as I have described.
